Altria reported some declines in its earnings, while its e-cigarette brand Njoy discontinued shipments of Ace to wholesalers in the first half of 2025. Meanwhile, the company said it is actively building out a broader vapour portfolio with products in line with consumers’ expectations.
During the presentation of its financial results, Altria said that, in June, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board did not agree with its argument to invalidate Juul’s patent. However, the company said it completed the product design of a modified Njoy Ace solution that addresses all four disputed patents.
