Let our tutorial guide you through France’s new advertising laws

ECigIntelligence has launched a new online tutorial to help you find your way through  France’s recently implemented advertising legislation, which is among the strictest in Europe.

This professional course will help vaping firms to promote their products in France, taking into account the restrictions that apply since the transposition of the EU’s Tobacco Products Directive (TPD).

It focuses on the different restrictions that apply, for example, to point-of-sale or online advertising and the new approaches that will be needed in the near future.

The e-learning chapter concludes with a recap section giving a quick summary, a final test with eight questions related to the field that has been studied before, and a “further reading” section.

ECigIntelligence also offers an online tutorial for newcomers to the e-cigarette industry, giving essential facts about the vaping market, key market trends, and a quick guide to the TPD in Europe and the deeming regulations in the U.S.

These two new e-learning packages follow our first online tutorial about the e-cigarette advertising rules implemented after the TPD – with special focus on the UK – which was published in early January. That course is intended for companies involved in marketing or selling e-cigarette products.

E-learning courses are currently available as part of ECigIntelligence Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum subscriptions.
